Bacon Cheeseburger Dip
Bacon Cheeseburger turned into an appetizer. Perfect game day dip and if you have any leftovers (highly unlikely), it's fantastic the next day too!
SMCo
1/2 lb SMCo Ground Beef
6 strips SMCo Thick Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 C sharp cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Meat Church The Gospel All Purpose Seasoning
Cook ground beef, seasoned with Meat Church Seasoning, in a skillet until cooked and browned.
Cook the bacon in the same pan until desired crispiness and set aside. Keep 1 T of the bacon grease.
Add the onion and garlic and cook in the reserved bacon grease until transparent and fragrant.
Mix the ground beef, bacon, onions and garlic, cream cheese, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, ½ cup of the cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl. Pour it into an oven safe dish.
Bake dip in a preheated 350F oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is light golden brown and bubbling. A couple minutes before it's done, add the remaining cheese to the top and stick back in the oven just to melt the cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips or kettle cooked chips and Enjoy!
Garnish with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pickles and red onions for some added flavor.
