Pork Shoulder Roast

Also known as "Boston Butt" or "Pork Butt", a Pork Shoulder Roast is well-marbled meat that comes from the top portion of the front leg of the hog.  A very versatile cut when cooking.  It can be cooked whole, and shredded for pulled pork, cooked in smaller chunks, for stews and chili; or even ground for meatballs and patties.
