Chuck Eye Steaks

A Chuck Eye Steak comes from the upper shoulder of the cow.  Chuck Eyes have the same great flavor as the Ribeye.  Cook quickly over high heat or if you have a Sous Vide, we highly recommend that technique as well!  This meat will melt in your mouth.  We do not recommend cooking Chuck Eyes beyond medium as the steak can become tough.
