Pork Cutlets
Pork Cutlets are lean steaks similar to a sirloin chop, but much meatier and boneless. Cutlets are pounded thinner to make them even more tender. These have quickly become a favorite cut of ours! We like to coat them in breadcrumbs, pan fry them followed by a little time in the oven with marinara and mozzarella cheese! Delicious!
