T-Bone Steak

T-Bone Steaks are cut from the short loin.  The T-Bone contains a strip and a tenderloin connected by a T-boned shape.  The marbling of the steak plays a huge role in the flavor and tenderness.  Just like a Ribeye, seasonings are not necessary.  A little salt and pepper and the steak will be delightful.
