Bacon isn't just for breakfast. This side dish is a great accompaniment to any one of our wonderful steaks, chicken or even pulled pork.

1 bundle of asparagus
1 lb SMCo Thick Bacon
Salt & Pepper
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Trim about 1" off the asparagus ends and then spread onto a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Grab about 4-5 spears and wrap with bacon placing seam side down onto baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining asparagus.
Bake for about 30 minutes until bacon is cooked.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
